We are looking for two Java Developers to join our growing team of consultants in our Edmonton office. The successful candidates will work with other project team members to design, develop and support client applications. In this role, you will be working with a dynamic group of consultants, in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for candidates who are self-motivated and enjoy working with high energy teams.
Job Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years software development experience in Java
- Experience with all aspects of the development life cycle.
- Experience with Java, JSP, XML, J2EE Compliant Application Servers (JBOSS, Tomcat, etc.), and Frameworks (Hibernate, Spring)
- Experience with source code management systems (e.g. Subversion) and bug tracking systems (e.g. Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Undergraduate technical degree (computer science or engineering) or equivalent
- Experience in mentoring and coaching Junior developers
- ECM Experience is a nice to have

We are looking for an Experienced Senior Developer / Consultant to join our growing team in our Edmonton office. The successful candidates will work with other project team members to design, develop and support client applications. Job Qualifications:
- 5-7 + Years of being a Senior Developer/Consultant
- Experience in either or both JAVA and Microsoft development tools
- Experience with all aspects of the development life cycle
- Experience in Implementing and Configuring customizable business applications
- Experience in the following domains: Electronic Records Management, Enterprise Portal, Enterprise Collaboration Solutions, Electronic Document Management and Web Content Management
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Excellent Client Facing Skills and being able to communicate on all levels
- Undergraduate technical degree (computer science or engineering) or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills and Experiences:
- Experience in any of the following solutions:
- Alfresco, ECM
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Documentum
- Liferay or other portal and social collaboration software
- Oracle ECM Technologies
