OA Solutions Welcomes Maria Rauch
VICTORIA, BC - 9 November 2022 - OA Solutions is proud to announce that Maria Rauch has joined the Consulting Services team in support of the company’s Ellucian ERP clients across Canada and the United States. Maria has experience with both public and private sectors. Prior to joining OA Solutions, Maria was a Business Analyst with Simon Fraser University and Justice Institute of BC, successfully completing Colleague and PeopleSoft related projects.

An IT professional with almost 20 years of IT and Business Analysis experience, Maria has a strong background in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance and has been successfully delivering high quality projects on time and on budget. Maria's experience managing teams and leading projects in various organizations is perfectly aligned with OA's desire to expand its consulting services offerings throughout North America. Maria is recognized as a detail-oriented performer with a passion for process and quality.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Management, a Computer Systems diploma, and two certifications in Business Analysis and Program Management. Maria has also received training in Lean Six-Sigma, Yellow Belt, from the University of British Columbia.
A welcome addition to the OA team, Maria is keen to share her knowledge and assist in the development and expansion the company’s Consulting Services Practice. With extensive experience in the post-secondary industry, Maria is familiar with the Canadian post-secondary landscape. Our clients can be assured that they now have additional resources from OA Solutions.
