COMPANY REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a friend ... earn money!

Do you know of someone who would be a great fit for OA Solutions? Refer your contacts with us and earn up to $500 per referral. You can earn additional income whether the person you have referred becomes an employee or a contractor.

How does it work?

  • Check to see what roles the company is currently looking to fill

  • Confirm the company is prepared to hire into that role

  • Ensure you are listed as the referral during the application process

How do you get paid?

For employees:

  • Earn $100 for every referral shortlisted for a position at OA

​

For contractors:

  • Earn $100 for every referral that is proposed for an engagement

For employees:

  • Earn an additional $400 for every referral hired at OA

​

For contractors:

  • Earn an additional $400 for every referral securing an engagement

The fine print:

  • Maximum payment of $500 per referral

  • There is no limit to the number of persons you can refer

  • Persons affiliated with or have previously worked with OA do not qualify as a referral
